If anyone is curious as to how Blizhale is able to be on land without dying (and able to move around for that matter), she's actually an ice type, not a water type (clear ice crystals keep water close to her skin so she doesn't need to actually be in it) and moves around via sliding on ice paths she creates with Ice Beam or, in this case since she's corrupted, Shadow Chill.
