Shortly after Kuroto reveals his true intention, Tsukuru becomes president of Genm Corp. At this time, he orders the creation of 4 new Gamer Drivers and Gashats. He decided that more Riders may be able to help out, but before he can hand them over to qualified doctors, the 4 belts and Gashats are stolen by an unknown individual. One of these 4 belts later turns up in the hands of a foreigner named Ash Kirby. Unknown as to how or when he got the compatibility surgery, Ash uses the Kanpeki Platform Bouken Gashat to become the first of 4 (later 5) new Riders to become caught up in the Bugster Virus battles, named Scroller!
