Never has Twilight looked so delicate and lovely ... the blurred softness accentuates this side of her perfectly. The cloud and starry backdrop add to this effect, however out of place they may seem. I imagine this being a view through one of Luna's dream bubbles rather than an actual portrait.

That's an interesting style here. Unusual, at least to me. You manage to make it work well. Even though the picture appears dark at first, it feels notably soft and peaceful to me. Well done.
