When living as a wanted criminal in a war-zone, the threat of coming home to a disaster is a constant fear.Pity no one told that to Party Poison. (His excuse is that his roots were showing. It's impossible to be a colourful freedom fighter with bad hair!)
Side note: Hehe, I love Frank when he's angry. He reminds me of a hummingbird in the last panel
