Description
The first washing machine was invented in the 18th century by Jacob Christian and was intended to relieve the heavy work of washerwomen. Hot water had to be poured into a kind of tank, then the laundry had to be stirred to wash it. And finally, we had to spin the laundry between the rollers and empty the tank.
