I never understood why people always hate the girls in anime, just for being girls. Don't get me wrong, the majority of females in shows I dislike, but it's not because they're girls, it's because they're naggy or just really annoying(not even in a funny way) and literally no past to compensate(meaning, they have no reason to be whiny). But never have I ever hated on a character for their appearance. I like Seychelles, design, personality and all. The majority of these so called "fans" only hate her because she was the playable character in the Gauken Hetalia game, which makes no sense.
And how the heck does she, or any other female character get in the way of fanon yaoi? There are people on Tumblr bitching about the new anime "Free!" because there are girls in it. There are only three females, one's a teacher, another one's a main character's sister, and the other (who's name hasn't even been said) is the sister's friend. They haven't even had enough screen time for you to hate them! Inclusion, sorry to take this to a separate anime entirely, but if I see anyone hating on the females in "Attack on Titan" Imm'a have'ta stab a bitch for misogyny!

I know it's like "Please, people. KEEP IT CANON!!" Some characters are perfectly fine single. I can't even look at Httyd ficlets....did you know there's a HiccupxToothless pairing? UGH! Then there's the fact that if you look at Itachi from Naruto, 99% of ficlets have him paired with someone or something (marysues included). Also, as much as I love MLP (being a female fan), I can't look at many pictures or fics. Know why? The main characters are like middle school age and there's a baby dragon on there, too. What do they do? They pair said children and baby together 'for the sake of yuri'! All I see in that is the sake of pedophilia and bestiality.....What the heck is wrong with this world?!

It's weird, I used to hate most of the female characters in Hetalia, but then I read up about a lot of them, saw how they really acted in the later seasons of the anime...and I felt bad- and I do like a lot of the female characters now. Seychelles was one of the ones I didn't like, but I do now. ^^ I love these pictures you make...very deep and thoughtful.
