Can't they just see that Germany DOES care for Italy!? He always has! Whether he modern day or Holy Roman Empire, he always cared for him! Not everyone expresses it the same way! Rave-same as her sisters with the skin but she has cyan and green eyes and cyan tips for her black hair and is a calico.
