I apologize for ranting,
but "Nazi" is really going way too far. In history we have topic National Socialism over three years and I'm going to have it for many more years,and I'm pretty sure,the Germans KNOW how cruel they were in the PAST. We know and we REGRET it so much. I'm not trying to protect Germany now,but what would you have done,if you were hungry,had a family,NO shelter and NO job?And then there was he,who seemed like a ray light of hope in that hopeless emergency. He promised food,shelter and money.And the population got it.They got jobs,food and shelter. Then the WAR happened. Germany persecuted and killed countless innocent people and LOST the war.The Nazi regime CRUMBLED.For their cruel actions,Germany was also PUNISHED. As a result,Germany regrets their PAST and hope for a better FUTURE,so it's just UNFAIR for people to still dig up the past...seriously!
And I'm sorry for ranting again.I just had to write this. Oh,and great picture!

It's just a fact that some people still call Germans Nazis,even though it's all in the past. Normally,I don't really care,but it's just unfair for people to always sprinkle salt over an open wound and to not consider how both sides suffered under that regime and world war.

It's alright. OCD means Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It's taking a quirk (Washing your hands) to the extreme. Here the quirk is being neat.

I honestly don't think so. It's only done that with cleaning, however the Netherlands is shown to love cleanly places - refusing to let Poland cook on his polished stove.
OCD occurs when someone continuously does certain routines and at certain times; the only seemingly OCD thing about Germany is him cleaning, but even then, that could just be him as a person and being a neat freak rather than an OCD.
A person with OCD would have the following symptoms:

=> Fear of causing harm to yourself or others.
=> Intrusive sexually explicit or violent thoughts and images.

=> Superstitions; excessive attention to something considered lucky or unlucky.

It's never mentioned if Germany actually fears germs, but though he's a strict person, he's actually soft underneath. People just assume and joke about things far too quickly. OCD is not a joke or a light matter - I know someone who has it, and he continuously washed his hands at certain intervals as one of his symptoms; his hands were starting to get damaged as a result. He's doing better now. Germany doesn't show signs of an OCD - he's more of a neat freak in my opinion.
