Nato sat in the far corner of the lunchroom drinking cola, the only thing that helped him calm down after getting through half of the school day, he watched from a distance as all the other high schoolers chatted and ate with one another. The same thing happened everyday... he would show up to school and no one would care except the 3 bullies that picked on him everyday, his teachers and fellow students would hardly ever notice him, he didnt tend to talk much to anyone, but... it felt bad that no one even knew he was there, no one cared enough to talk to him.

Dispite all the sugar from the cola, nato had good teeth and was suprizingly skinny for his age, which was about 16. A sigh escaped his pale white face, and he got up to throw the can away, big mistake... The 3 bullies had been waiting for him to get up, so they could make fun of him again, they pushed him around for a while before the bell rang to signal the end of lunch, as they walked off he got back up and dusted himself off, walking to his class just like normal, it was almost like a daily thing now.

The rest of the school day went by as normal and class eventually ended, he tried to get out of the room before the 3 bullies arrived, too late. They stood at the door blocking his way, one of them was short and kinda pudgy, he never really did much. The second one was skinny and tall, he was the one that normally helped. The last one was medium height and really fat. It was about an hour before they stopped throwing him across the room, they left. Nato sat on a desk, feeling the bruises all over his face and arms....

After a while he had washed off his face and hopefully the swelling would go down soon, he gathered his things from all over the floor and packed up, walking down the stairs and leaving the school grounds, he turned from the side walk and walked over to the forest, the place he normally went when he was feeling like crap. The forest trees were at least 90 feet tall, there was nothing in this forest that could overlook the trees. He walked through the forest to the stream, where he kept several cola's hidden in a tree trunk, he took one out and quickly gulped it down, storing the empty can back in the tree trunk. He sat on the grass for several minutes, sometimes looking around.

Nato looked around the forest carfully, thinking someone was out there in the trees, he prayed the bullies hadnt found his secret hiding place. He quickly got up and left, going home for the day, he turned around to get one last look at the forest.... for a split second... he could have sworn he saw eyes staring at him, watching him.
