Description
Redesigned my version of RL once again.
He's hardly human now since most of his body parts and organs were replaced with mechanical prostheses (they're stretchable and stuff). He's not really a tyrant and technically didn't outlaw cola (if anyone's curious I'll tell the entire story). He's rather disappointed in his current life state but can't leave the leader position out of fear that anyone else will ruin everything he managed to build.
(there are different fonts in the middle pic cause he doesn't have vocal cords and can't talk anymore - his voice is synthesized out of many others like it was with the Master from the first Fallout game)
