Heya everyone! Sorry for not making an entry last time!! Mental health and personal issues got in the way and I thought a break would do me good, but I'm back!

For the challenge, I will be doing defense, anyway, let's get to it! The defenders closest to the flag will need more protection, due to the other teams attacking around there. So some of us will have helmets made from a hollow log, we sawed a large hollow log to not make them too big to way us down, but still enough to protect us from any attacks by other teams. We also sawed holes big enough for us to see out of in each log to see, of course.

As for the flag, we built around the flag using large strong wooden boards to form a box. Then we used more boards to make around the same sized box on top, with large holes to look out of and one big enough to go in and out. This will make it look like some sort of treehouse. So, the flag will be in the bottom box, under the floor of the top box, do nobody will see it. Not only will others not suspect it to be there, but its also a good base with fairly high ground. We will put some vines and sticks and whatever else we can find over the "windows" so it will be harder to see us and harder to fire anything at us from outside. We will of course have some people in the base or standing outside, to guard the flag, even though the other teams don't know where it is. We will have paintball guns in the base along with stuff like pinecones, acorns and other common objects found in the forest. We can use the pinecones and other items as ammo in the paintball guns. We basically have unlimited ammo due to there being pinecones, acorns, etc everywhere around the forest ground. We can shoot upcoming opposing team members with power and from a long distance with these. The other teams will also not be able to get out weapons because they will be in the base, with one or two people in it. For up close damage we could also use large sticks with thorns around them from the previous challenge.

However, the other teams will know we are hiding the flag if they can't see it anywhere around us, do we made a fake flag using a pole and some thin cloth. We built small walls around the flag out of more wooden boards and planks. We also put more vines and leaves over the flag in case anyone notices that it's just cloth. Some of us will stand around this base to protect the fake flag, to make it more believable that it's the real flag. We will also have an overused yet effective trap outside the base around the fake flag, by digging a not too deep hole, putting an old blanket over the hole and put leaves, sticks and other stuff on the forests ground over the blanket. This will cause them to fall, if they manage to make it that close to the base and we will be able to fire ammo at them to weaken them, or try trap them in the hole, if there's no other attackers around. If there are more attackers we won't be able to waste any time and we will continue firing at the others. Other attackers could also try to attack either of the bases from behind, do we put a trail of glass shards around the back of each base, do when they step on the glass they will most likely shout in pain or make noise due to the glass, causing us to notice them and start attacking them.

if one of the attackers manage to get into the fake base, they will obviously pull the fake flag out of the ground, but this is a trap!!! the fake flag is placed under a branch from a tree, we placed a large log on top of the branch, with the top of the flag being not far under one side of the log. when they pull the flag up, it will hit the log, knocking it off, and it will fall from the other side and hit them in the back of the head, knocking them out or hurting them.

attackers could also try attack coming from the lake, so we placed large logs vertically all next to each other in a long line around where our base is by sticking them deep into the ground under the water with about 40 inches of the top of each log above the water. we put a lot of small glass shards and sharp rocks on top of the logs so you wouldn't be able to try climb over the logs without hurting yourself. if they still manage to make it over, they will be weak and hurt therefor easier to attack. if they can't or don't go over the logs which would be more likely, they would be far enough from the base to be attacked using the methods above.
