So hey actually uploading something after 7 months of nothing, how about that shit.Anyways this greenbikerdude is called Rhythm a Megaman fan character of mr. , plot wise he is created by Dr.Oudin and if ya want to know more about it go check out his comic!
For this sprite since the character resembles Bass I used ChAoTiC's Bass sprites that he did to make Bass a Mugen character.
