Description
When it comes to coloring, I suck. This is one of my better feats of coloring.Time: About two hours.
Tools: India ink markers, mechanical pencil, eraser, and colored pencils.

The skin looks a bit like wood :/ I asume you use colored pencils, right? Well, try and lighten your stroke, and spread the color out evenly. Draw a first layer, lightly, and gradually darken it by adding more layers. That helps get rid of that line-ish effect. Make sure you get all the whie spots.
And the tears...don't really look blue...or like tears. I think it would help the readers if you removed the bangs from (my) right, and added a lot more shine spots to the eyes. For tears, only do outlines, and add a lot of shine spots. *Fails even more than you at tears*
