Really attractive pictures. The character concept is succeeds, with a lot of cool details. The flashy green background works very well with this little "tech" design elements. The only critic that i can maybe make, is about this lightning effect. I think that is too much, your picture doesn't need this one to have a strong impact. Anyway, really great job!

excellent work, love the face and the 3d she is wearing.
I think the composition is fairly strong but I do have a few comments that I think would improve it.
1) Put the woman on the right, facing left. Icons are usually on the left of the desktop and you'd see her better if this was actually used for a wall
2) Have some more variation in the shades of green. I quite like this one, but when it occupies so much space it becomes a bit intense. Maybe just a bit of layering with different shades and blending modes, perhaps even some complementary tones (check out [link] for an awesome interactive colour wheel)
3) Work the lightning a bit more. The whole thing is almost totally opaque and white. Some variation would make it look a bit less flat IMO (maybe a purple tinge, which would go with the green).
4) Don't really like the texture map on the spherical things behind her head. They just seem too simple, and all mid-tone. They dont really appear to have any depth.
5) Just my opinion, but I think black top and bottom caps would look better, but it could be that doesn't reflect the mood you want.
