Description
I had look around on dA for an icon to match the others in my dock for The Sims 3 but I couldn't find one simple enough. They all had a plumbob that was too detailed and a lot of them had text on, so I decided to make my own. I had thought that adding a gradient might make it clash with my other gradient-less icons but it actually looks really nice. I thought I needed the gradient as otherwise it was too simple. Anyway, here's a nice simple icon you can use for The Sims 3 or 4 (colour scheme matches well regardless). I'm really getting into Inkscape and am thinking about getting back into desktop customisation and doing more design work. I might have a few other simple icons for less common applications (mostly freeware and opensource stuff) so keep and eye out for some metro style icons for various programs.
