On his 15th birthday, he wished to be a hero.
His parents believed that his dream would come
Someday. That night, a meteorite came and landed in his backyard. The radiation ended up in his body. When he woke up, he stretched but he was shocked to see that his arms stretched. He started to get scared. He and his parents went to the doctor and he told him that the radiation caused his body to become part rubber. He then realized that his wish came true. Now he uses his powers to protect his citizens.
