Heyy!
This is a picture drawn by my brother: I just overworked it a bit and changed the colors etc.! 
So the credit goes to him! It would be cool if you visited his gallery and watch him if you dont already do! ^^You can download the PSD file with two layers to have a look at the original painting in comparison to the overworked version!

The body language seems very tense to me, the connection between the eyes more combative than loving
The difference in design gives character to each dragon. However, it's very confusing where one dragon begins and the other ends.
I feel the lack of ease between them would be easily fixed if the Blue Dragon's horns were more relaxed. And if there were more distinct detail in the wings and tails of each dragon.
I return to this image because there seems to be a story. I feel the scene would appear more loving if the background didn't clash so much.

I like the concept, however, the left wing of the blue dragon seems to have some color off. It didn't really hit me that hard, either; try some more contrast, like a black background (or gradient black, as if light were emanating from the red) and then just show them in a glow. That would definitely look better to me! Just a note: the red dragon also looks a bit off, what with not having any horns. An interesting idea, but it doesn't quite work. I have no other words to say except for great job to your bro and happy creating!!

this picture is very close to what I wrote back in 1997 about a red dragon who is born of evil's skin but of noble blood who'se lover is a white dragon. both fighting in a dragon civil war.
