Cosmic Aura was emotionally damaged by the war between Twilight Sparkle and the resistance. Although she wants to be social and born with other ponies, she finds it especially difficult to relate to those who weren't as involved in the battle against the corruption Twilight Sparkle faced. Being the general of the resistance, and Princess Silent Night's advisor on war related actions, she was faced with more difficult decisions than anypony else involved. She never was able to snap out of the commander side of her old responsibilities, and isn't always kind to other ponies.
