Description Woah boy! Quite a lot happened in yesterday's D&D session.

Naria's cover was blown. She's actually been Aritae/Eriya all along! Just wearing a black wig.
(Genuinely a bit surprised that the rest of the group didn't work it out because her personality was almost the same (just aged a bit), she had the same pets and droids that Aritae ended the last campaign with  etc )

( I say this, because in most fanart with Dah'la - it'll be with blonde Aritae from the last campaign and previous, as they've been practically inseparable from the age of about 5. And without knowing, someone might wonder why Naria would be quite as distraught about the events that followed... )

The party bumped in to Dah'la on Coruscant and for some reason, she was very keen to tag along with us. We find that the Hapan have just declared war on the Mandalorians and it's all a bit of a sh*t storm.
Dah'la insists we stop off on Belsavis - she knows someone there who would be able to advise us. Sounds dodgy but HEY IT'S DAH'LA. (Dah'la's certainly not a favourite among the jedi as she's a bit of wildcard, at best).

We don't like it, but we go along.

Now i've got to point out - I wrote Dah'la based on girls I had "uneven" friendships with in my teens (you know the sort of friends who don't cheer when you win?). And the GM (my fiance) knew this, and knows a fair bit about these past friends - On the outside, Dah'la loves Aritae like a little sister - but she's always delighted in getting her in to trouble and shown annoyance when Aritae succeeds or surpasses her, or if people show her favour (you can imagine how well she handled finding out that Aritae was actually Eriya, princess of Hapan, aye).
TL;DR : I was well aware that there would be some sort of inevitable betrayal from Dah'la. I expected it to be a case of "I sold you out, but I didn't realise it would be that bad!"

But no. Dah'la had been slowly setting up a betrayal for a long while and was walking them right in to the final part of it.

Before that revolution even had a chance to sit in - another player goes "i behead her", rolled high, and wallop.

In the space of 5 minutes Naria's super best friend sister turned on her and then died in front of her, before she even had the chance to get any sort of closure or confront her (thanks Randy!)

Naria's world well and truly fell apart last night (and I also cried a lot, partly feeling the sads for Naria and also because I PUT SO MUCH WRITING IN TO DAH'LA AND THE RELATIONSHIP THEY HAD.)
