This looks nice.
For some reason, most of the skins I actually use on ICQ have blue/Gray/White colors, so it's a favorite color scheme.
I'll use it for awhile to test the icons. I don't know if I'm the only one but Ihave a gripe with many of the icons used in ICQ skins. I think the must be some kind of standard color or something for them. I know, I know, the concept of a standard defeats the skins philosophy, but if you want people to use several skins or to change from time to time, you can't ask for people to re-learn another set of icons for something like ICQ.
Enough! I'll better talk about this skin!.
But what can I talk about it? It's treetog's! Nuff said!

i'd Love this skin except for the fact that if you have your users in groups the status icons are indented which puts them out of the left margin so the skin doesn't look anywhere near as cool. I'm not sure how to fix that so it looks good for both. Maybe just include an altered background to fix that with the skin?

it looks great, i love it, but the skin doesnt seem to fall together as nicely as it did on that screenshot, must be something with my ICQ, dunno

Is there a problem with the floating group window with this skin? If you drag contacts out of the ICQ list and make them into a floating window with 5 or 6 names I get a small bug.
When you get an incoming messages, and click on the contact, the floating contact box is resizing and hiding some of the names. Anyone else get that? I doesn't happen with the default ICQ skin.

I love those icons! Overall, this skin is wonderfully designed and colorful. Other than that...I'm absolutely speechless. All I can say is...THANKS MAN!

course, thats because blue and grey are such nice, natural feeling, colors. this skin is definitely tribute to that fact. great work treetog!
