I love this so much id use it but like jark said the background shoudl be transparent like at the top of it it has like your number but then some color benid it but thats the only bad part but thats icq pluses falt i think

I love this skin though it would look so much better if there was transparency in the background. I think that is the fault of ICQ+ though, right?
