Cliff Rolan is another one of Ronald's brothers, and by extension, a member of the expansive Rolan family. Instead of the others, who are determined to win against their father Lawrence in a Mini battle, Cliff has other goals. While he and his siblings lived on the ranch, Cliff had gained a deep admiration for Beast-type Minis. He uses his knowledge on the farm as a catalyst for his job as a wildlife conservationist. As part of the RSPS (Rare Species Preservation Society), its his job to study rare species and take them into captivity if they're endangered. This means not only animals, but Beast-type Minis as well!

Cliff is dedicated to his job, and isn't afraid to speak his mind if someone's hurting the ecosystem. He has a kind heart towards animals for sure, but his love spans towards others as well. For what he knows about animals and rare species, Rusty looks up to him.

Recently, he's been called to host a new Hoedown on Rolan Ranch, a kind of battle-oriented event with special rules which takes place during Rolanfest. As much as he's respected for his expertise on Beast-type Minis though, Cliff doesn't want to host the event until he's ready. He wants to build a good, strong team to lead the event with.

For a start, Cliff has bought along Tierza, one of the Minis he's been taking care of. Partially covered in tiger-like fur, with sharp claws and sharper teeth, Tierza certainly has that "wild" feel to her. Though, her power is a bit more than just the basic skills of a powerful and stripey feline: she can change her core power to become faster, or prepare herself for a vicious attack. But despite her looks and lack of speech (even though she's perfectly capable of speaking fluent English) she's quite friendly if treated properly.
