Ability: Lounger- Will not attack unless the opponent does. Heals 25% of health each turn when opponent doesn't inflict damage.

Promise and Daiyu visited Rolan Stadium, watching one of its many battles unfold. Daiyu quickly became bored however, and hijacked one of the fights to face off against a Sea Turtle Mini. The Mini beat the gatecrashing delinquent effortlessly, much to Promise's embarrassment- and to the audience's delight. When the audience began to berate Promise for being an unfit Trainer however, the Sea Turtle Mini took pity upon her, shouting right back at the audience. She then decided to come along with Promise to help her along.

Shellie is a very laid-back Mini from the ocean, taking things with a slow stride and an easy going attitude. Still, for all of her slow-and-steady sweetness, Shellie is very big on battles, leading foes who underestimate her into a shocking defeat. She uses her strength to defend Promise against anyone willing to take advantage of her, and keeps an eye on Daiyu in case she's looking to cause trouble. Daiyu really doesn't like Shellie, and would rather chew nails than be friends with her- but at least Promise can turn her back without Daiyu creating a ruckus.

Per her name, Shellie has a very solid shell on her back; its not the kind she can retract her body into, but it can still be used to deflect attacks. She prefers to let the opponent tire themselves out, before throwing her weight around! 

Moves:

Slap Silly: (Clown|Physical) A comical slapping attack which may make the target confused.

Water Stream: (Water|Special) The user fires a stream of water to damage the target.

Shell Reversal: (Beast|Special) The user takes an attack with their shell. If the move is physical, the user takes half the amount of damage. If the move is special, its countered back at the attacker with double the power.

Weighty Pin: (Regular|Physical) The user slams down on the target, and pins them to the ground to prevent escape and deal damage for 2-3 turns.

Relax: (Regular|Status) The user relaxes, restoring their health by 20%. The more this move is used in succession, the more health the user gains- at the cost of decreasing Speed each time.
