He wasn't but there was an explanation for Fanboy choosing to be called Fanboy (the mascot for FFF was a guy named Fanman which... uh... is em, not a pretty sight.) while Berry the ice monster was for the ice monster bun buns. the basic plot was Fanboy and Chum Chum (who was dressed up like Robin ) go to buy some FFFs, chat with a BLONDE Lenny (giving them the usual additude) Fanboy goes directly to the FFF machine and starts talking to a carboard cut out of Fanman while Chum Chum goes for the bun buns. Fanboy turns on the FFF machine and FFF goes everywhere soaking the bun buns and creating the original way Berry looked (picture an 8 ft tall Berry with a lot more muscule, same voice and pretty much a tree trunk instead of actual legs and feet. Fanboy, inpired by Fanman goes to try and defeat Berry in a thumb war. and then a whole lotta random shit happens.
