Great drawing. It looks more like a water rat or some other kind of rodent than a rabbit like azumarill's classification implies, but that fits better.
I also noticed you made its tail ball a tassle instead of a ball of oil. Though I guess that 's more natural.

The webbed feet are a nice touch as a subtle reminder of the aquatic nature.
