First shot this year. Got a new Samsung Aura Laptop for a bargain price. Put FreeBSD 8.0 on it. Wanted to go with 64bit. But unfortunately after a few tests, realized that the amd64 nvidia driver caused kernel panic upon exiting X. So did away with amd64 and put i386. Planning to go for amd64 after a couple of months, when I figure out a solution. Disabling smp did the trick, but only for a while, and it was back to kernel panic mode.Feel free to post your queries.

good job major! I've been lovin your stuff and switched from crunchbang to openbsd because of it as well as forked your configs. Been working on an FVWM ride. Do you ever theme the ksh promp?? I'm wanting to drop some colors in but it's not zsh by any means.
