Karen, 44 years old, has a nasty habit of yelling at service workers every time she doesn't get her way. Her younger sister, Annie, is always embarrassed to be out in public with her as a result.

Recently, Karen had a meltdown at a fast-food restaurant because she was given a diet-cola instead of the iced tea she ordered with her meal at the drive-thru. She stormed into the restaurant and demanded a full-refund for the inconvenience. When the teenage girl employee told Karen to wait for the manager, Karen was infuriated and threw her drink on the ground while insulting the cashier. The cashier began to cry.

Annie tried to calm Karen down, but it was too late. In her rage, Karen had forgotten about the mess she had just created and slipped in the puddle of diet-cola, landing face-first on the hard, tile floor injuring her jaw and neck.

For the next three months Karen won't be able to yell at anyone or even speak. Annie can't help but laugh at the karmic justice given to her sister.
