o its art summary time!im pretty disappointed with my summary this year, though i should be kind considering the year that was. i didn't draw much at all, and there wasn't much variation in my art this year between the time constraints and burnout from starting art school, plus everything else that happened this year! looking back at my 2019 summary, my goals for 2020 were to draw more comics, and more big pieces with backgrounds,, well.
i didn't know what 2020 would be like back then!!
i spent a lot of time this year second guessing my skills, something from art school i think, but i'll tell myself that school is helping me
my style is continuing to change like it does every year, and i'm having a good time with trying to use black a lot more in my illustrations though!
something i have really focused on this year too is trying to capture the weight and folds of clothes, and i think thats going along ok
overall, i guess im glad im still drawing, and im still inspired. theres lots i want to do in 2021!
for now though, i just want to keep drawing and growing, and maybe get around to those 2019 goals i couldn't accomplish yet
