Description
After looking through my gallery once again, I saw that my original drawing of the Klonoa characters in Sonic-style (Yes, I'm still calling it that...) wasn't up to quality, so I decided to redraw it. (See the description of that deviation to see how I changed their designs.) Here, they are in poses that would most likely appear in Sonic Advance 1 or 2. To go with this, I've decided to write some info about the characters and the story. The stories are based on Sonic Advance 1 and 2.

Story
Klonoa, Huepow, Lolo, Popka, and Chipple must stop Garlen from taking over the world with his machines. In Klonoa Sonic Advance 2, Garlen kidnaps Lolo and Chipple, and tricks Popka.

Characters and Controls
Each of the characters has a unique personality, moveset, and statistics. This description assumes you are playing using the Game Boy Advance Controller or anything similar. Also assume that, unless otherwise stated, the characters can perform basic Sonic actions like spindashing, rolling up into a ball, etc.
(From left to right)
Klonoa - The main character. An all-loving hero who always wants to help his friends and put a stop to evil's plans. His long, floppy ears allow him to fly. With his eager Chao sidekick Huepow by his side, he travels forward, fearing nothing. Huepow powers Klonoa's wind ring.
-A (after jumping) - fly (does not work underwater - Klonoa can't swim)
- A (repeatedly) keep flying (lasts for about as long as Tails's flight does)
-B - ring attack, grabs an enemy
- A (in air) - double jump, launches an enemy down while you go up
- B - throw enemy forward
-B (while running at full speed in KSA2) - running sword swing - Klonoa swings his ring sword while still running
-Huepow follows behind Klonoa, like how Cheese does for Cream
Lolo - One of Klonoa's friends, a priestess-in-training. A shy, clumsy gal but full of heart. Will do anything to help Klonoa reach his goals. She cannot curl into a ball like anyone else and is the slowest character, but she has special powers to help her defend herself.
-A (while ducking) - high jump
-B - light attack - Lolo sends out a linear beam with a similar swing ark and hitbox as Amy's hammer)
-Down + B, even in air - shield, attracts rings to Lolo, helps her breathe underwater
-B (KSA2 boost mode) - trip - Lolo trips, falls on her face, and slides a bit, costs a bit of momentum
Popka - Lolo's best friend, he's a loudmouthed Smart-Alec who does his best to keep Lolo out of trouble. In KSA2, he wants revenge on Garlen for tricking him into fighting Klonoa. He's the fastest of all the characters.
-Press and Hold A (after jumping) - glide, basically like how Knuckles does it, he can even climb on walls
-B (up to 2x) - claw combo - swings his claws, slides forward a bit
-Down + B (on the ground) - dig underground
- (in air) - drill claw - spins his claws around, shoots downward, like in Sonic Adventure 2
-B (KSA2 boost mode) - sideways drill claw
Chipple - An aspiring boxer who admires Klonoa greatly. He, like Lolo (and to a lesser extent, Popka), he'll do anything to help Klonoa reach his goals. His jump is a bit lower than everyone else's. Despite this, he's also the strongest of the group.
-A (after bouncing off of a spring) spring double jump, no one else can do this in KSA1; in KSA2, his spring double jumps take him the furthest in any direction
-B (up to 3x while standing) - 3 jab combo, similar to Knuckles'
-B (while ducking) - crouching punch
-B (after jumping) - air punch
-Down + B (after jumping) - bounce, like the bounce bracelet in Sonic Adventure 2, he can keep doing it over and over

So, that's it. Hopefully someone (hint hint ) will make some art of this or even hack Sonic Advance 1 and 2, although they don't have to if they don't want to. The original idea for this came from Lux-Klonoa . I just expanded on it. Klonoa, Huepow, Lolo, Popka, Chipple, Garlen, and other related stuff belong to Bandai-Namco.
