Description
Atrial Flutter is the ponification of a heart condition of the same name that I have. It causes the atria (top) of the heart to beat 2-3 times faster then the rest of the heart. When my heart rate raises it feels like a weight has been clipped upon my heart. Resting and medication helps, but I tend to have flutters everyday. I'm getting better at handling them though. Controlling my breathing, laying on my left side, and rubbing my neck seem to help when I have a flutter.
