What software do you use to draw things like this? and is it for free?

I use Paint tool SAI and Photoshop for touch ups! SAI is a very inexpensive softwear (or you might be able to find it free too but its better to support the creators since its a great program) Photoshop comes free with a wacom tablet^^Β
