As the four exit the portal yet again, Shuichi notices that they're in a laboratory, a laboratory with lots of glass windows. "Greeeaaaat, more technology areas... when are we going to be somewhere more ancient or natural?" the staff wielding Maki inquires. Kaito is busy looking around, seeing various computers and stacks of books along the wall parallel to the windows. Kaede however has her attention directed on another figure.
The figure is sitting in a chair, "What are you doing here?" the figure asks. "A mirror has brought us here." Kaede answers. "Oh. The mirror... the mirror of the rift's mysteries... I've yet to fully figure it out but I have a good idea on some of its traits." goes the figure as she gets up out of her chair, while the other three divert their attention to the figure, while Kaede simply stares in awe of the fact that the figure is as fat, if not fatter, as herself.
"But I guess we should introduce each other." goes the figure. All four students simply state their names one by one, afterwards the figure goes "Alright, I'm Yuchen, your..."
"Sixth" Kaito chimes in, "our sixth challenge."
Yuchen then walks further in the four's direction, "Well then... don't fail to entertain me..."

Kaede, Shuichi, Kaito, and Maki all belong to Spike Chunsoft
