Hyperion is a character from a Marvel Comics title SquadronSupreme. This is one of two entries into Joe Acevedo's Custom Con #18. Also made of a DC Comics Superman action figure
which stands approximately 6.5 inches.

I would comment on the shades, but I think thats because its the 616 version not the other one.
