I'm not sure how I feel about the eyes.
If you look at one half of his face (cover it up with your hand, whatever) he looks like a completely different person than the other half.
They're both looking in two different directions, albeit subtley. I like the eye on the right (his left), personally. It is more intense, looking *at you*. Nice job on the colors/linework.

Wow. The nose looks a little strange and the eyes look a little off, but the wrinkles on the clothing look so realistic. The shading is so awesome, especially on the ornament--I can really see the texture and details. You must have put a lot of work on this.
