Oh, why can't I draw something original and creative for once?! D: Everyone draws Party Poison. *le sigh*

I drew the bulk of this while working on my science homework, and then finished it up after the homework was done. I have no idea why the red hair is the only colorful part of him, I just wanted something to stand out. I don't know if this is considered as a WIP and I'll finish it later, or it's gonna stay like this, or....whatever.
