Redid her reference for this year to match my style more!
Aurora is by far the NG character I care about the most, but I have a whole nextgen universe that I want to cover! Stay tuned for that?

Parents: Fluttershy, Rainbowdash
Build: Tall and lanky
Occupation: Sugarcube Corner cashire/helper

Personality/About:
Aurora is the second child of Fluttershy and Rainbowdash, being born just a few years after her older brother, Dragonfly. Due to a rare genetic mutation, she was born with wings much larger then an average Pegasus'. As a kid, she would have to wobble around with her wings tied up, just to get around the house! She has much better control of her wings as an adult, but their size impedes her ability to fly.
After the nightmare of raising Dragonfly, Rainbow and Flutters were OVER JOYED with how calm Aurora was as a kid. That same calm energy has stayed with her into adulthood- at least on the surface. Aurora is easy to talk to, chill, and hates holding grudges and starting drama. Sure, she gets mad at ponies, but when somepony needs a ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on, she's there for you.
Deep down, however, Aurora is riddled with anxiety (much like her mama). She fears that she lackluster compared to the rest of her family, especially since all she's amounted to so far is a few participation trophies and some okay-ish grades. She often assumes ponies are disappointed. Which is fine! She's content just... being herself, and chilling out... hm.
Aurora LOVES swimming, and is great at it. She has not found a career in swimming yet, but maybe someday?
She also loves her little brother, Azure, and her pet sugar glider to death
