Description
My final animation project that capped off my 4 years at Sheridan College. I adapted the Greek myth of Persephone and Demeter into animation through animals.Pre-production time (initial story concepts, storyboarding, animatic) was around 8 months, and production time (painting bgs, animation, sound editing, and compositing) was around 4 months. Heh, looking at that now, I reeeeally could've used more time in the production phase.
For my after thoughts following the film's completion and more detailed credits, visit [link]
Thanks for watching!

I actually originally thought that the heart bubble was actually a door to keep the snow out until it popped out and was a speech bubble.

Utterly adorable.Β You have got some serious talent there - if you're not professional yet, WHY? I could quite happily say that I saw a little of the "Angry Birds" style of VA and animation in that word, but you have got my attention, definitely.Β

I just have one question:
Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Near the end, did Persephone go back because she loved the tea, Hades or because she had drunk the tea and therefore had to?
Also, I like to think that the tea was pomegranate.
