I thought about there being "bosses" along with units. So like the units, here are a description for the bosses.
Deputy: armed with a Snub Colt, this boss poses little threat since he's just a normal grunt but with better skills with firearms and dodging.
Clown assassin: it flies with a jackpack and uses a M60.
Passionate: it's just a stronger grunt with slightly weaker Super Grunt powers.
Agent Hawk: a faster agent with a desert Eagle and a Baton.
Cladded: a boss that although he only uses fists, wears an iron slab and body armour, and is accompanied by 20 Grunts.
Professional: a agile boss that welds a mini UZI.
MAG 019: a mag agent that can take more hits then MAG Grunts and welds a big MK-23. It's "weak point" is it's mask.
Deimos R: the reanimated body of the fallen Deimos. It's fast, welds a MP7 and uses wrestling moves if close or runs out of ammo.
Sheriff: wearing tracking goggles along with body armour who uses a modified Remington 870 and a riot shield.
55U: being a dtysfunctioning G03LM, it has high durability and welds a big PPK with laser sights.
MAG Riot: a MAG with high durability, welds a Mossberg 500 and flash bags.
Sleeper Zed A: a zombified Sleepwalker experiment, can revive infinitely until head is destroyed.
MAG Jugger: a MAG with very high durability and uses body slams and throws.
Mr. Krinkel: made to be impossible to beat. He has the powers of a Super Grunt but a lot stronger, regeneration and is accompanied by an endless wave of fists only Grunts.
