¡Oh my!, my second OC made in Da, at the same Victor's universe, best to tell the Story and Universe I create for him.I love much this character, his rivalry with Victor and have the coolest battles in the story
Fray first years
He born as noble blood of high class Saiyans, he was trained along the strongest saiyans just at 5 years old and just when he was enough old at 15 years old he become part of the strongest Squad of the saiyan army and at 16 years old, become the Commander of that Squad.
He's superiors, the General Grills and King Crook, and all of them under the domain of the Maximum Emperor
He's motivation, it's found worthy opponents and aspires being Colonel of the army, one day

He prefers to attack with everything, strength and energy beams, stressing his enemies, although he likes to fight, deep down he prefers to finish the fights fast, especially if the enemy it's boring and weak or he is losing

Well, after Fray losed to a human, Victor; He demanded his general, to train him to become into the legendary Super Saiyan

Oh yes!, his power level (supressed) is 540.000
And his Scouter (very technological lol) able to record a Power level up to 1,115,000 and instead of exploding, just crash like a calculator
