Description
My half of the art trade withAt first I was gonna attempt drawing his OC Patty, but after much deliberation, I decided to ink over his part since I couldn't figure out how to draw Patty and knowing it wouldn't come out as great.
This is my first time using Inkspace, and I must admit, this was a most admirable first effort. I must say that the path editing tool really helped out in the long run in allowing the creation of the more rounded edges. Not sure if this will be a regular thing, but I might return to this if I ever feel daring or adventurous down the road.
As with any other artist, critique is most welcome.

Hey, that's awesome! Excellent work!
Inkscape has a number of shortcut keys that make the work a lot faster: you can hit SHIFT + S to make any corner node smooth, and SHIFT + C for the vice-versa, for example. You can also double-click on your lines to add nodes and such. One thing i like to do is add two nodes on either end of a sharp node, then delete that sharp node to make a smoothed-out corner! I still can't believe how fast I can ink that way instead of by hand.
I don't typically have the pationce to do this, but if you have the patience, you may find this extremely rewarding: you can stylize the lines by using the "stroke to path" tool. Then you can tweak the edges of your line work!
Should you feel adventurous in the future, taking these ideas into account the next time you ink something could quite empowering!
