ok first you draw your character/whatever on Layer FG, then go back to Layer BG. Fill it with what color you want the border to be, like the green i used, then where the Copy tool is, keep clicking it until you see Anti-Alias or something like that. You know those gray slider bar thingies near the bottom? Drag the one label "A" down to 1, and square the picture like you would with the Copy tool. Then fill in the background with another color and you should see your border. c8
