★ Programs Most Compatible With: I use Fire Alpaca, so this file is Gimp friendly! Also MS Paint friendly.
★ Are there any rules for making adoptables with these?: Yeah! You can also use it in sheet references, just don't remove my credit! You can add anything you want, like hair or accessories, but do not alter the lines.
