It's been a while i wanted to create a scene like this as the japanese folklore really inspire me.Software used : Illustrator CS3

It looks very flat, which is a really neat effect, and makes the massive blob of.... stuff... on the left really impressive. I love the pink-purple-and-blue color scheme, very cool.

When I see this, three things come to my mind: Salvator Dali, The Beatles psychedelic period and kabuki theatre. Maybe I'm wrong for the last one, but it's only a feeling.
