Kiki, a 14-year-old girl with a calm demeanor, lived in the quiet north of Japan. Her world turned upside down one day while she innocently watched television. The screen flickered with an emergency broadcast, capturing her attention.
News Reporter: "A virus is going around, this virus is also known as the zombie virus."
Before the reporter could finish the sentence, a sudden, horrifying interruption occurred. A zombie lunged at the news reporter, the screen abruptly going black. Kiki's heart raced, and confusion gripped her.
Kiki: "W...what...."
In a panic, she sprinted to the kitchen, desperately calling out to her mom.
Kiki: "MOM! MOM!"
Her mom, already coughing, turned around. Kiki's eyes widened as she noticed strange pale green spots on her mom's body.
Kiki: "A...are you okay?"
Mom: "Kiki, get away from here. I got infected while doing the groceries."
Kiki: "B...but where do I go?"
Mom: "Just go, and take a weapon with you."
Fear in her eyes, Kiki rushed to the table and grabbed a knife.
Kiki: "B-sobs-Bye, Mom."
Mom: "Goodbye, Kiki."
With a heavy heart, Kiki fled towards the city, hoping for safety. The once lively streets now painted a gruesome picture – dead bodies, blood-soaked pavements, and abandoned buildings. Zombies roamed freely, their presence casting a chilling shadow over the devastated landscape.
Kiki: "Will I survive? Can I survive?"
