Jirachi is an third generation pokemon and it's one of my favorites.Preview is just a gif. Download the file to use it as a pointer.
To change the pointer , go to "Control Panel" then type in search "mouse" and click on "Change how the pointer looks when it's moving". Go to "pointers" and click on browse and find the file you downloaded.
