I started working on a colour scheme for a character I designed sometime ago, Blaxploitation Superhero, The Judge ([link] ).
As he was a more 'grounded' character, I couldn't really go with the bright, flat colours of your standard superhero type, so I'm trying for a more muted, naturalistic palette.
I'd like to eventually rework the image into something that looks like an old movie poster, but for now, I'll be happy just to render it properly.

Obviously, this is a work-in-progress. I'm definitely hoping to finish, but I'll be updating it as it gets closer to done.
