Explanation:
During one of Temp's little... adventures around the city he comes across an open window, and while peeking inside just out of curiosity (obviously not to steal or anything?) he spots a clearly unattended (hestia walked away for 2 seconds to get a drink) child. Obv he's gotta save the poor abandoned baby. So he takes Arroyo home with him. It was a Rescue Mission, duh.
