When you uploaded this, did DA ask you for a preview image? And when you made one and put it in then submitted this, and looked at it, the fullview picture was your preview? If so, maybe change the file extension to .JPEG. This should work with most pictures.
When you've done that, submit it again and hopefuly it will work
