Yes, you read it right...Fuji Instant Print. Fuji has been making instant film for years and has primarily been selling it in Asia. Now for some who only knows why reason they have launched this film in the geriatrically mature US instant film market. Yes, your Polaroid diehard has caved in and bought a box of it to see what it will do.

Very nice film, produces nice skin tones and I think has a fairly wide latitude. Also shot Polaroid 669 and the Fuji print blows it away. Now to be fair, I did not shoot any Polaroid Polacolor Pro 100 or the brand new Polaroid color film (T-690) to compare, but any instant film freak knows the new Fuji and Polaroid color films are basically the same formulation - made at the same factory. T-669 is just a color film relic these days (makes it more of a challenge to get a good shot!) compared to the new color emulsions

I found the tab hard to pull out of the camera with the Fuji Film though, and pulling the print out was more difficult too. The packaging was also harder to open with the Fuji film (it can be a big deal if you press on the package too hard!). May have just been an anomoly? Anyway, nice film. I might even buy another box! The horror.......The horror........
