You did an excellent job portraying Raiden. I admire the detail you put not only in his facial features, but also his surroundings. The "ash" look gives a dangerous feel, which I think is well suited with those crimson eyes. I like how the lower lip is shiny, nice touch, it adds a slight artificial feel, I think. The jagged lines on his jaw are nice, I like how you enhanced them for the non-MGS audience to see that he isn't human. The expression is beautiful and thoughtful, it says a great deal about him, and who he is. The quot from MGS2 is a beautiful touch. You have vision, and talent. Beautifully done.
BTW, nice touch with the hair. I think short looks pretty nice on him. ^^
